Due to the high number of cancellations and postponements of events, we encourage you not to request a refund directly.
For specific refund or rescheduling conditions for each event, please refer to the email you have received or will receive by March 27. (Also remember to check your spam).
In the event that your event is cancelled, we will contact you to notify you and inform you of the terms and conditions for a refund or change of date where possible.
Refunds should take up to 45 days after the cancellation of your event to be reflected in your account.
