When you received your order confirmation, it indicates that your order was taken into account and our bookers will buy your tickets. We will get back to you by email after the last purchase to inform you.
If you placed an order from your Facebook account, we will send an email to the email address registered on your Facebook account. Therefore, please check beforehand if this address is a correct one. Furthermore, the name you used on Facebook will be the name on your tickets. If you want to change it, please contact our customer service from our contact form on the website.
